If you need to change your delivery time or location, please use the reschedule link located in your confirmation email (the subject will include “___ Delivery Details”). Please note that changing the delivery location might impact how soon our Enjoy Experts are available to deliver your order.

Please note, at this time we can only offer relocation to US customers.

If you are an EE customer and wish to receive your purchase at another address, please contact EE directly on 0800 079 0156 or 150 from the EE handset.

If you are unable to change your delivery time or location through that link, please contact us with your order number and when/where you’re trying to receive your order.
